Circleville Elementary Art Specialist, Andi Hoskins, was awarded a CCSF mini grant in 2016 for the purchase of visuals and a display stand for the CES art room. Among the items purchased were a Masterworks of Art posters, Principles and Elements of Art poster set, Elements and Principles reference cards, Careers In Art posters, set of 3 DVDs(“All About Art”) and a deluxe display stand. Using the new visual aids, the students in Mrs. Hoskins class closed out the 2015-16 school year by having the opportunity to make “artist trading cards” for each element of art. Circleville City School Foundation is delighted to provide funding for the CES art program, which serves over 1100 students yearly.
